Why Choose Bet + Rose Body Care?
Made Excellent for your Excellence . . . is a concept that is the foundation of Bet + Rose Body Care. We make our products with 100% natural and organic ingredients which helps reduce the consumption of chemical usage on our skin and is thus far more pure and healthier for our bodies. We do our part to operate Bet + Rose as an eco-friendly, cruelty free and socially conscious company.
Absolutely no testing is done on animals. We use recycled materials whenever possible for packaging and we strive to purchase ingredients from companies who partner with Fair Trade suppliers throughout the world. We do not use ingredients that show potential for becoming endangered on our planet by human consumption.
Our artisan soaps are produced in small batches and being handmade, each bar is unique, no two are alike. Your soap bar may different slightly than what is shown in the photograph.
Our bar soaps and bath bombs are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or disease. If you have a medical condition or allergies, please use with caution and/or consult your medical professional.
When can I expect to receive my order?
DOMESTIC
- Your order will ship 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS (does not include Saturday and Sunday) from when we receive payment for your order
- Allow up to 3-5 additional days shipping travel time
- You will receive an email confirming your order and an email informing you of shipping details and your tracking number once your order has shipped.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / CUSTOM FEES (Temporarily Discontinued)
- Shipment times have been noted to take up to 4 weeks to be delivered to some countries, such as addresses in Australia.
- Canadian addresses shipment travel time is between 8-10 business days.
- Please be aware of YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOM FEES! Don't be shocked, be prepared!
What shipping options are available?
We use USPS shipping service, Regular and Priority Mail. We do not offer Express Shipping at this time, but plan to do so in the future.
How do I know if a product I want to purchase is on back order?
If an item becomes out-of-stock once your order has been submitted, we will send you an email within 24 hours to inform you when the item will be available for shipment. We will also offer you alternatives on how you want us to handle your order. Order options would include: 1) approval to place this item on backorder and ship other items in same order if 2) cancellation of the item 3) cancel complete order or 4) replace the out-of-stock item with another item.
What type of credit cards can I use?
All credit/debit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal/Express Checkout. We also offer Shop Pay which allows for 4 equal payments to apply to your purchase.

What is the difference between commercial soap and handmade soap?
Commercial soap is usually manufactured using synthetic detergents and chemicals that can strip away the skin's protective oils. One of the most beneficial by-products of the soap making process is the production of glycerin, a humectant that draws moisture to the skin. Large amounts of glycerin is removed in the commercial production process and used to make other beauty products. Only a small quantity of glycerin remains in commercially produced soaps. Commercially produced soaps are made with artificial ingredients, chemicals and harsh detergents.
Handmade soap however, completely incorporates and retains all of this natural glycerin, a major benefit in handmade soap. Glycerin attracts moisture to your skin and each bar of handmade soap you use is thereby providing your skin with more moisturizing properties than commercial soap. Our handmade soaps are also blended with nature's own pure vegetable oils and butters, pure essential oils and organic botanicals. These ingredients are a healthier alternative for cleansing your precious skin. No artificial ingredients or chemicals are included in our 100% natural, handmade soap.
Except for Sodium Hydroxide, commonly known as lye. This ingredient is a must have in order to make soap. Through the process of sapontification, the chemical interaction of oils and lye, at the end of this process, there is not any lye remaining in the final bar of soap. The complete curing process takes about 4-5 weeks to make the perfect handmade bar of soap.
All of our products are created using natural, from the earth ingredients. Many ingredients are certified organic, all are GMO free, phosphate free, toxin free and of course have cruelty free testing.
Due to the fact that our soaps are handmade and hand cut, slight variations and colorings may occur from batch to batch. Weights of our soaps may vary, but the weight will never be lower than the advertised weight.
PLEASE READ THE INGREDIENTS LISTED ON THE PRODUCT LABEL. Please be aware if you have allergies that may be sensitive on your skin. Natural and organically grown ingredients, as wonderful as they may be, sometimes cause allergic reactions for some people. We want you to enjoy our products, but if you are allergic to honey, oats and seafood, for example, please do not use products that have these ingredients listed on the label.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, at checkout you can select gift wrapping and include a special message to include with your gift. Each gift is wrapped in our exclusive gift paper will be carefully packaged prior to shipping to guarantee that the package will arrive fresh and appealing at their final destination.
I received an eGift Card, what do I need to do to use my card? (Temporarily Discontinued)
You have been given the opportunity to choose your own gift when you receive an eGift Card email. Included in the email will be a special card number, date that the card was purchased, the name of the person who purchased the card and the gift amount.
You may then make your selections and use your eGift Card at checkout, before taxes and shipping. If your purchases are more than the gift amount of the eGift Card, please use another form of payment to complete your purchase. If your selections total less than the amount stated for your eGift Card, you will be issued another eGift Card with the remaining balance to use at a future date.
Unfortunately, we do not give cash refunds to the gift recipient. Only the purchaser of the eGift Card can receive a full refund if the card has not been used.

Cards can be replaced if lost or stolen if not previously used. e-Giftcards cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases at betandrosebodycare.com. e-Giftcards are only redeemable in the region and currency they were originally purchased. e-Giftcards can be refunded if not used prior to expiration date.

We do not use artificial ingredients, detergents or chemical additives. We do not test our products on animals, nor do we use any ingredients in our products that are environmentally endangered. Purity in our products gives purity to your skin.
Our goal is to formulate our products to nourish, revitalize and moisturize body care from youthful to mature skin types. We select pure, high-grade essential oils to create signature fragrances for their aromatherapy influences, which encourage a healthy attitude and to help influence a positive state of mind, body and spirit.
