Refunds & Returns Policy

Domestic - Refunds / Returns / Exchanges / Damages:

Please inspect your order as soon as possible upon receipt.  If you notice any damages, please send an email to: info@melanatedcultureclub.com within 2-3 business days.  If possible, please submit photographs to document the items or of the damaged items in your order. 

Please be aware that returns are not processed for wrong size ordered, change of color selected or mind.  Our goal at Melanated Culture Club, is to make sure you are 100% completely satisfied with your order and will issue refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis.  Remember to please follow washing / drying instructions per item.  

There are no refunds on sale items or gift cards.
