Refunds / Returns / Exchanges / Damages:

Please inspect your order as soon as possible upon receipt.  If you notice any damages, please send an email to: orders@melanatedcultureclub.com within 14 business days.  If possible, please submit photographs to document damaged items in your order. 

To exchange an item, please return the item, new and unused in its original packaging.  The return address to ship the item will be submitted to you through email.  Once the item as been received and is inspected, the exchanged item will then be shipped to you at no additional shipping charges.  Exchanges are only permitted for incorrect size of an item.  

Our goal at Melanated Culture Club, is to make sure you are 100% completely satisfied with your order and will issue refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis.  Remember to please follow washing / drying instructions per item.  

There are no refunds on sale items or gift cards.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 
For international returns - please send an email to:   orders@melanatedcultureclub.com within 14 business days.  

Refunds/exchanges are granted for defective items only.  Please attach photo of item. 

Defective item(s) does not have to be returned/shipped back.  Please make sure you check the size dimensions of item before placing your order.
